Please meet Prometheus Space Technologies, a startup designing and producing space systems, spacecrafts, satellites, and operations.
Can you briefly explain what your solution is all about? What’s unique about it?
We provide vital and cost-effective solutions to the biggest threats of the universe, covering the greatest needs of the global scientific community. Our field of expertise includes Earth Observation, 5G satellite broadband, Active Debris Removal, Lunar shelter construction, and asteroid protection.
What led you to start or join your company? What is the key motivation and mission behind the startup?
We have dedicated ourselves to providing vital and cost-effective solutions to the biggest needs of the global scientific research facilitators through all of our activities. We create and develop advanced technologies, products, and services that set new standards, and provide the answers to the greatest threats of the universe, not yet articulated by our global audience.
What’s the biggest milestone your startup has achieved so far, and what has surprised you most on this journey?
The completion of the designing phase of our Charybdis Active Debris Removal Satellite System (CADRESS) from a blank page, focusing on the future is our greatest achievement so far. However, we working towards our upcoming amazing projects. We were surprised by the interest we have received from great scientists and the belief in our team by many space enthusiasts.
How has X-Europe helped you during the past few months?
We expand our network. We have met and contacted impressive and amazing startups and we are thrilled to work and partner with them.
What are your goals over the next 3, 6, and 12 months?
We target at the top. In the following 3 months, we want to establish a dream team of aerospace engineers and space scientists based in the UK. In the next 6 months, we plan to fully operate our pioneering Earth Observation Mission and within the next 12 months, we plan to launch our 5G satellite.
What advice would you give to an entrepreneur trying to pave his/her way in the Space tech landscape?
Work hard, be passionate, focus, and provide the difference from the competition.
What one piece of advice would you give your 21-year-old self?
Follow your heart!
